With the Christmas Post I doubt if anyone has got their CD yet!
I don’t have broadband, so I can’t post a full-quality copy directly,
so if anyone wants to put a dub up on their own websites or
Streamload etc for others that would be good!

What a early Christmas Present that is ! I’ve just spent the best part of the last 10 minutes playing those cuts loud – and aren’t they just fantastic!

Can I publicly (gotta be careful how you spell that word !) thank you Iain for the CD and the dub of “The Fifty Best Sounds in…” – the 1st montage you posted earlier this year of that package remains in my Top 5 favourite montages of 2005 – excellent stuff…(now there`s a thought about another thread, the best montages posted on JingleMad in 2005).

I have a copy in the mail, so many thanks Iain. Now guys, please don’t ruin the surprise! As you know, I’m overseas so my copy will take longer to arrive in the mail! I don’t want to know what’s on it yet!

Well, the idea is to let it loose to other collectors, as so many people
have asked about it for some time, so by letting it out via a few at
first hopefully anyone that wants a dub can get one (I’m sure it’ll be
out on one or more of the JingleMadders’ servers or Steamload
shortly/ )

Nope! ‘cos no-one needs to be jealous if everyone can download a copy!
(especially cos the other stuff on the CDs are just some of my montages
and I’m sure they’re quite boring really!)

Just for the benefit of the American etc visitors to the site,
“Channel 103” isn’t “Channel” as in “KFWB, Channel 98”
(giving my age away here!) – the station is Channel Radio
located on the island of Jersey in the Channel Islands, a
group of British Crown islands off the coast of France,
in a sea called (oddly enough!), the English Channel!
Here endeth the geography lesson!

I’m away back to my Christmas Dinner & booze! (is it
safe now, or is Eastenders still on ?!?)

Thanks for posting them up there for everyone Mark!

Also, apologies to everyone for not responding to various e-mails,
PMs, disks in the post, etc etc over the past couple of weeks, but
I’ve been re-building the PC. So thanks everybody!

Here’s to more long-lost goodies being discovered in attics etc in 2006!
