      MMI are only agents to sell TM Communications material in the UK?

      In anycase the 1st station would have a contract from TM that would state

      “TM century grants to the station exclusive use of the jingles within the stations city of licience or within a 25-mile radius of the geographic centre of the said city of licence whichever is the largest.”
