Here’s an interesting question, I know the chances of this happening are very remote.

Station-X and Station-Y are in the British City of ‘Hotmusichester’ and compete with each other.

Station-X buys the Dallas Power package from TM Century’s ‘Studio Dragonfly’. On hearing this…Station-Y wants the same package and goes to MMI to get Dallas Power as well.

Could it be possible that both stations could use the same jingle package in the same market considering TM Century and MMI hold the rights to sell TM Communications material in the UK?

MMI are only agents to sell TM Communications material in the UK?

In anycase the 1st station would have a contract from TM that would state

“TM century grants to the station exclusive use of the jingles within the stations city of licience or within a 25-mile radius of the geographic centre of the said city of licence whichever is the largest.”
