I know many of you may not like AI, but I have managed to use Udio AI to remix some vintage radio jingles with lyrics referencing some fictional radio stations.
Try and guess what jingles have been remixed here, and for bonus points, try and guess what voice I got Udio AI to do an impression of at the end.
September 22, 2024 at 9:48 pm #110501twillinghamMemberThese are cool. Thank you for sharing Laotian_12_in.
Seeing responses to some other AI posts on Jinglemad, I had to think twice about posting some examples I made. But I’m going to give it a shot.
I haven’t posted in a long time. I hope I do this correctly.I purchased the backing tracks for the jingles in the montage I’m linking to. I created the Vocals using AI and mixed the jingles.
September 25, 2024 at 4:48 pm #110517Laotian_12_inMemberAuthorA sequel to this montage has just been released!
September 28, 2024 at 3:02 pm #110523IainJohnstonMemberInteresting, Laotian!
Especially the PAMS and Alfa stuff.I find it quite scary to hear backing tracks that I have (securely locked up) in my collection (e.g. Alfa CBC Cardiff)
being re-sung in ways that actually sound “better” than many a “real singing but home-brew” version or two that I’ve
encountered over the years.Gawd-knows how Copyright laws might have to catch up with anyone actually REALLY SERIOUSLY trying to do this kind of thing
“commercially” rather than “for hobby purposes only” !The “KAT” ones – are you sure that you “bought-out” the rights to all of those backing tracks?
Just asking, so that you guys are all-OK and not sailing anywhere close-to-the-wind!
:^)September 29, 2024 at 11:36 am #110524UKJinglesMemberThis is how it should be done………Took 2 weeks being connected to the Skynet AI interface but hey apart from a headache and voices in my head all is fine! 😂
Just For Fun!
September 29, 2024 at 2:25 pm #110525Neil LeibowitzMemberThat was pretty darn Good!
September 29, 2024 at 8:55 pm #110528IainJohnstonMemberPete…that was … truly … jaw-dropping!
(make of that what one will!)[Actually, what shocked me the most, is that I actually DON’T have that backing track of the original TM Song!!!]
IJSeptember 29, 2024 at 9:22 pm #110529UKJinglesMemberNo…Nor Do I! 😉
September 30, 2024 at 6:22 pm #110532twillinghamMemberHi Iain:
I bought the backing tracks for the KAT jingles at JingleSamplers.com in one of their track packs. The site states that the jingle backing tracks can be used … including commercially … though that is not my intention.
Here’s the Terms and Conditions from the site:
Trak-Pak Volume 6 is sold on a non-exclusive basis, which means you should purchase it before your competitors do!
When you purchase this fabulous package it means you agree to these simple terms:
You may not duplicate, sell or give away any portion of Trak-Pak Volume 6 to another person or business. That means that if you sell produced imaging (your voice over one of the tracks) that’s fine! But you may not transfer to anyone else any portion of your Trak-Pak Volume 6 elements “in the clear.”
That’s it!
You may use Trak-Pak Volume 6 as long as you like with no further payments, and we are able to keep our price this low only because we actively discourage piracy. You should too! Enjoy your jingles and tracks — and rock on!

October 10, 2024 at 4:37 pm #110540Laotian_12_inMemberAuthorYet another AI-Generated radio jingle montage, this time of stations from my fictional country of the Laotianlands.
I’m sure some of you would be able to recognise some of the jingles in this.
October 13, 2024 at 3:37 pm #110542bobgreenradioMemberdid my earlier message reach you?
October 13, 2024 at 5:05 pm #110543Laotian_12_inMemberAuthorYeah, it did.
October 19, 2024 at 4:43 pm #110552Laotian_12_inMemberAuthorI’ll keep cranking these out if you guys want more!
October 20, 2024 at 11:30 am #110553IainJohnstonMemberThat 3rd item – that is an “AI-version” of a badly resung Soundhouse (Balfe) Central FM cut originally done for Radio Forth (Edinburgh, Scotland) ?!?
Right down to the grating-on-the-ears “here…” of the original.
Is this really the future of station identification as we know it?
November 19, 2024 at 11:52 am #110583Laotian_12_inMemberAuthorThe second jingle package for Blackpool(Laotianlands)’s first radio station – Fanny Radio on 539 MW and 96.2 VHF!
