Thanks – jingle collectors are much derrided, sneered at and poked fun at.
(or is that just me ! )
But we know a good jingle and support from the jingle companies is always rewarded and appreciated.
I know some regard jingle collectors as a pain but who else is documenting this artform? Radio stations nowadays bin old packages in skips where as we collect them and treasure them and appreciate them.

So a Merry Christmas to all the good guys who give material, post packages and give prizes.

It’s only right that I put here my thanks to the team at TM for the work they did for me this year , namely Julie Reid and David Graupner for the fast turnaround and great sounding Global Beat cut that was so kindly donated for Jingleday 2004 , which I won !

I would just like to add my thanks to the aforementioned jingle companies for all the support they have given this community over the past year. These companies need not give us ‘anoraks’ these fantatsic jingle prizes but it is pleasing to know that they appreciate us appreciating their material (if that makes sense!)

That reminds me, I must get on with Jingle Mix 3 and try and win one of these fab prizes!
