Not sure, but it sounds like it’s one of the low budget companies like Radio Jingles 24, LFM Audio, Music Radio Creative, etc.

Radio Jingles 24 don’t have jingle packages as such, just cuts per each genre.

Not sure about the first two cuts, but the one at 0:26 is “Hot AC/ AC 3”.
