Some of you may have these already in your collection, as I've posted them here in the past. However, we have a lot of new folks around, and I thought I'd post them again.
These are a series of off-air jingle montages from my travels around the United States as a teenager in the 1990s. While I became hooked on radio in the late 1980s listening to the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Cavilers (and Bruce Williams afterwords) on WWWE via skywave in North Carolina, jingles really became my passion in the 1990s...and, of course, they have been ever since.
The audio quality on these isn't the best...as 1). I was just a teenager and didn't care that much. 2). Most of them were recorded via a radio/tape recorder I'd take with me wherever I went (traveling in the car) with battery power always suspect. and 3). I edited them tape deck to tape deck using the same machine (no digital editing then for me) and 4). Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them back in the day.
Have a great weekend!
