You could try TM instead. Especially this month now they've opened their personal cuts system iJingles for a limited time. They do react very quickly and their work is amazing.
JAM may simply be busy. The Personal Cuts page says "it may take a few days to receive a response."

Off topic but, Circa 1997-98: "Another Perfect Day" for me is when I walked into JAM studio B control and see (left to right) Jim Clancy, Dan Alexander, Chris Kershaw, Greg Clancy, Judy Parma, Abby Holmes and Kay Sharpe. The best group at the time. Singing for KCPX. The package was Priority One. Full pak, all sings 7 voice and including the sonovox. It's amazing that it sounded identical to the demo. Hamilton and Wolfert nailed it.
Yeah, with whatever is happening in this world, things are tough for them.
It's better to give JAM some space, since they have a lot of things to catch on.
Hopefully, when things are becoming better, JAM will reopen its doors for new personal cut orders.
If you aren't SiriusXM or WABC, good luck. Try TM. They have great inventory - lots of functional availability and great customer service...and their prices are beyond fair. I also recommend Linden Wade's fun SonoJingles.

Basically, it sounds like JAM is closed, (at least for personal cuts for the time being), so there's nowhere to get JAM or PAMS, so it sounds like you have to go somewhere else if you want a personal cut.
