Radio 538 is rebranding as just ‘538’. And with that change and a new line up, come new jingles:

Jinglenews has reported that Radio 538 has gone back to Wise Buddah for a fourth custom jingle package, to coincide with a new strapline and a return of the full “Radio 538” name.

Radio 538 is one of the top-rated stations in the Netherlands, their previous idents have included Reelworld, IQ Beats, Top Format (Alfa) and Music & Images (TM Century) amongst others.

I’ve always liked Radio 538…their imaging can sometimes be random, sometimes very aggressive, however it fits the station. They have been concentrating on sonic logos a lot more recently. However I think these new Wise Buddah jingles are very good, with some nice tracks and are consistent with 538’s identity.
