For those that have already listened to this, here is the response I received from Grooveworx regarding the confusion we created with thier news story . . . yikes !

“Just to clarify from your podcast: The Eurovision theme music is not on air yet and it is separate from our BBC2 package that we did late last year. We are currently writing an entirely new BBC2 package of jingles that should debut later this year.”

Eh? “BBC2” – do Groove do “jingles” for BBC-TV???

Or do they mean “Radio 2” and have they just let a cat out of the proverbial?

Let's hope that they meant BBC 2 TV and not Radio Two as I still have my fingers crossed that Jam who did a such good Job with the “Weekend Wogan” cuts would get the contract. Mind you time is getting near for an announcement.
