Also, be looking for “Nice Move” to appear on the site soon. This package was for WNIC/Detroit.

Well spotted, Dogman849! Love the “Feel the magic” logo – very catchy. Less keen on the vocal style this time, personally.

          i know it's JAM,but it doesn't sound like JAM.

I love this new vocal group here from JAM Creative Productions. I think we're gonna hearing more of these new vocals in future JAM jingles.

If these new vocals mean more business for JAM then so be it. It was LA singers with JAM tracks in the 90s and now it's New York vocals. How times change…

JAM in the 1970s used LA singers on their You`ve Got It package – you could either have the Dallas vocal group or the Ron Hicklin singers of LA.

From a JAM jingle collector`s point of view, we`ve recently had Gateway, Feel The Magic and Feel The Magic Too…I am happy !

                  Thanks Jon…

Worth noting that both packages have now been superseded by Zone Imaging's Magic in Detroit – a more guitar-based sound from the Bruce Upchurch stable, but lyrically much less innovative. Here's how a short aircheck of the station sounded tonight:

Agree with you on the lyrics Geoff. One of the things I really like from the “Feel The Magic” series is the variety in the lyrics. On many packages there's only a simple sung strap-line (if that) other than the frequency and station name, and then that same lyric will run through out every cut.

There's probably a logical branding argument behind doing this, but variety is much more interesting from a collectors view. I don't think there's two cuts in FTM that have the same lyric.

Absolutely! I see WNIC's 2005 “Nice Move” has been added to the package index too, so hopefully that will be added soon. Rob Walker posted a montage of this on JM when the package debuted.
