Yes indeed, everyone has to start somewhere (we all did!) – but not by publically “passing off” as something that they aren't – “bedroom production companies” are fine as long as they're clearly admitted as being just that – no problem.
So,
1) The domain is registered to (his mum)??? (I won't divulge the address in the English North-West, very close to the sea)
2) No serious professional is going to trust someone who can't even use a spell-checker never mind use the old “Mk1 eyeball” even on this very sparse text.
3) he has no means of ordering or being paid
4) He has no registered legal trading address on his website, and no proof of being a legitimate trader
5) is he legally old enough to trade anyway (youngest currently known JM member is 14)
6) those “sweepers” are not jingles.
7) some of that audio is clearly not made by him, just FX'd over, so whose Copyright is he “adopting”
Apart from that, a good attempt from a wee laddie playing with his PC and pretending he's in a hip-hop club in London, and learning how to use a hypertext editor. All no doubt part of his GCSE Media Studies course?
NOW – question? – should we delete this entire thread because if he really was a genuine “company” then IMPO he should be paying JingleMad for legitimately advertising here instead of passing-off a supposed “free advert” as a “discussion post”???
(Sorry to be harsh, but IMPO there's enough dubious “company” posters here already, passing themselves off as Collectors etc)
