We're off! Heres a cut that I really liked early 90s. (Recorded off air on CHIK FM 98.9 Quebec City)

I know you`ve just recently joined Jingle Mad but check-out this post from October 2004 – “What`s your favourite weather jingle ?” – there are three pages of contributions from fellow jingle enthusiasts !

September 20, 2008 at 8:18 am #62068gameswizardMemberbut to be fair David,a lot of those mp3 links are dead.
maybe the mp3's can reposted again hereSeptember 20, 2008 at 1:57 pm #62082nostalgieDavid, unfortunately I wasn't there in 2004. It wouldn't be very exciting if I had to dig in the archives of JM about what people wrote years ago… every time I submit a thread. It's just about sharing ideas, great moments, great jingles and what we feel about it today.
Does it really matter, fundamentally, if someone – at some point, post something similar? However, I understand your point of view; it can be tedious for those that were among first members. But reality is we did not know about this website all at the same time. Moreover (and sadly), most of the links from previous threads don't work anymore after a few months.

Thierry,
doesn`t matter at all, please don`t take my comment the wrong way – I was only trying to help you and point out the initial post about weather jingles from 2004 – I appreciate the majority of the audio “links” in the 2004 post are dead but the comments and thoughts from several jingle collectors from around the world are still archived to be read and they make for interesting reading – I just thought you would like to read them too.

September 20, 2008 at 4:13 pm #62089nostalgieDésolé David; I probably got up on the wrong toe… Thanks for the link, and please accept my apology.
Perhaps the jingles from KLEI-Hawaii (thread: Jingle Faux pas) had more impact — side effects — on me than I thought.
Have a nice day!

September 20, 2008 at 5:55 pm #62094nostalgieVery nice theme! Was it recorded by TM?
September 20, 2008 at 6:42 pm #62096IainJohnstonMemberIts JAM, Thierry
Just briefly on Wave – one of the cuts was sung to the wrong frequency – 96.6
instead of 96.5 – but I've never yet heard it re-sung to the correct frequency!September 20, 2008 at 9:21 pm #62105BarrasThierry wrote:

September 21, 2008 at 10:49 am #62121GazTopMy favourite has to be the Hallam FM one used in the early to mid 90s (the Instant Cash Tracks) from the Metroline package. I believe there were various lengths recorded, only ever remember hearing it looped through three times.
Cracking bed.
