Was listening to the Bee this morning on 107Fm.. rolled the dial up and could get Dune! Never been able to get it before in Blackburn.. Anyway.. Heard they are using The Bee Resings and they sounded good!

Anyone else heard these?

Dune 107.9 in Southport are newly independent having been bought by Niacom from TLRC, and they put a stamp on their newly expanded localness with The Bee jingle package from TM Studios.

The Dune team were on ISDN for the entire session, and they've got a slightly customised version of the package, with some cuts being edited to work perfectly with Dune's lyrics. Their slogan “Great songs from the coast” sounds fantastic on the package, and Christina Rucker is performing solos, following her success on the Atlantic FM version of the package. The jingles were on the air at Dune within 24 hours of TM posting them online!

Excellent ! As another user of 107 The Bee it's alwasy exciting to hear other stations interpretation of the package .. From where I live I can tune in Southend Radio which also has the package sung. Am impressed with Five FM (N.I) and their resings of The Bee as they feature a different logo (as do Altantic FM) I reckon the Five FM logo would work better for me at non-stop:VIBE .. humph lols

Out of interest Five FM's got the news, sport & traffic beds logo customised too !
