I was looking at Paul Wilson's jingle list and I saw that Thompson Creative may have did a custom for Big 98.5 with the name of the package called “Classic Top 40”. The date was made in 2007. So I am not sure if it is the custom package they produced or may have been a re-sing from another package. If I am correct about this, that package isn't listed in their Jingles section of TC's website.

Also, Thompson Creative posted a job posting several months ago looking for a sales mananger who is responsible for calling on radio stations throughout the country about jingle packages offered by them. The posting is dated 2/13/08.

So I guess that they are still around even though their jingle production seems idle.

It is indeed a fairly new package, and very good too (a couple of the cuts were featured in one of my montages some time ago).

Regarding your second point, yes Mr T is very much alive and still producing material.

YES! TC did this custom package for Big 98 in Albuquerque, NM. Also the same package is heard on the “Classic Top 40” 24 hour network. This network has a large base, considering it is less than a year old. More info at http://www.www.tkoradionetwork.com! Thanks for listening.
