      Just as a point of order, CBS didn't “snatch” the rhythmic format. They purchased the intellectual property of the “Jammin'” format and put it on their under-performing 107.5 frequency.

        Sorry I'm just a draftee.
        How many years have their 107.5 frequency been under-performing?
        I remember at least two formats.
