I was listening to a Rhythmic AC station WKSL out of Raleigh, NC and I noticed that they are using old jingles that are 20 years old and considered outdated. Even though I'm a JAM fan, mostly of its classic Top 40 jingles, this package they are using does not belong to this format. It's only used for Classic Hits.

They should just use ReelWorld's KTU or their new Movin' 93.9 package or any of the other packages that most Movin stations use. Again, that old JAM package do not work well and it makes the station sound outdated, because it also plays current dance music.

Take a good listen at WKTU 103.5 in New York City. They have a better presentation than the station from Raleigh, NC.

        coolnt

I think the right term is classic! There are different types of Rhythmic AC though. There's the modern and there's a classic. Vibe 106.3, is also a rhythmic AC station that plays classic rhythmic songs. They also used Jam, but not Jam Creative Productions, but JamXMusic
