I asked about this a while ago, I could be wrong here but the composer bought or got the rights back. It miht be that it didn't fit in with thier current catalogue, didn't sell well or they had an agreement to sell the package but the rights stayed with the composer. Either way is an awsome package and I know someone who is very anti US jingles who loves the sound they created.
I believe this is also applicable to New Light and a couple of others.At this time I'm kicking myself thinking what they are.I think one of them began life as Minesota News Talk.
