WKFR 103.3 KFR Has stopped using jingles excExcepte for the Toh cut from the star 94 package… Witch didn't even last a year!

What do you think? Should WKFR use jingles again?

Wow, N2 Star 94 sure has staying power!

The real bad news, Cody, is that WKFR hasn't been a decent station in decades. Even when I was in college in Kalamazoo in the 80s.

West Michigan needs a decent CHR that doesn't come from Grand Rapids!

So you are saying that WKFR should use jingles again?

The only way for WKFR to go for high radings is that if the Star 94 package airs again.

Same thing happened with WSNX The new 104-5 SNX Their Kiss dallas package didn't last a year eather!

Of course, I think every station should play more jingles, but WKFR has always had Adult Contemporary playlists while claiming to be Top 40.

            Here’s the thread:

hi mike, thats kinda weird, maybe its a little appropriate if they use the term Adult Top 40, or maybe they're just a CHR station leaning more on pop rock and ballads?

yes i think i agree you with mike. every station should use jingles.

id like to be a little off topic, this is in connection with the other thread anyhow, does anyone have the Pro choice montage for WMYX? ive never heard the pro fm jingles sung for other station names.

              Thankies!
