      Earlier this evening it occoured to me that I have not created a jingle montage in two years, thats right 2005. So I found myself with some free time today and here it is Montage 8.

        Hey, Jeremiah – that was certainly worth the wait. Great mixture of new and classic material put together with great skill. That WMNN cut was totally new to me (and still deciding whether I like it). And what an ending to the whole montage. Enjoyed it – thanks.

            The WMNN cut is from the Reel World WMAL package. It was used for several years, until 2004 to be exact.

            I am trying to find out who produced that WCCO cut.

            The ending is the Top Hour from Reel World's KISS 107 package. The jingle was sung for a pirate radio station in Dubque IA. Power Hits 103.3 operated their station illegally for 6 months, claiming that they were broadcasting a US Code of Regulations which allows an unlicensed entity to broadcast during wartime situation. The operators were eventually fined $10,000.00 by the FCC in August 2006.

                Awesome montage…except for the last cut…please, PLEASE tell me that was a special effect for the ending of your montage and not the way Reelworld re-sung the Kiss 107 TOH. If it was a special effect, do you have the original? Anywho, just wanted to say thanks for the montage and all the other montages posted on here…They're all good stuff!

                    The last cut was not done by special effect on my behalf. I had to do a ton of creative editing to get it to where it was. I am working on getting the original. I will keep you posted.

                      I hadn't realized it'd been 2 years since the last “six-pack” montage.
                      Some interesting Minnesota stuff I hadn't heard before.
