Now the majoity of stations that are going to play all-christmas music in the USA have started, anyone know which are using the Reelholiday package? I've only heard it on WLIT in Chicago so far, and WNIC are using Jam plus WSNI have flipped to antoher format,
November 28, 2006 at 6:48 pm #27897PaulAre WLIT using the Reelholiday package or just remixes of their old packages?
I've been listening to them a lot recently and don't think I've heard any of the new stuff.
November 29, 2006 at 4:04 pm #27907PaulWLTW are using it… according to the ReelWorld site.

WLIT have been using their Reel Holiday package pretty extensively, I got a good aircheck from their stream last week.
Mix 92.9 have started playing all Christmas music now complete with the Reel Holiday package in their WJXA logo. Shame no UK stations play all Christmas music for as long as the US ones…. hmm maybe not.
December 21, 2006 at 10:16 am #28114mattii70K103 (KKCW) in Portland, OR are using the Reel Holiday package with the WNIC logo, as well as some Jam cuts (I think). I still have yet to hear WLTW use any jingles.
December 21, 2006 at 12:48 pm #28115PaulAs are WBMW in New London.
December 23, 2006 at 2:34 pm #28152wwmgcbsfanWLTW has been using the REELHoliday package… twice an hour during Delilah's show, and usually after the stop set at around 40 minutes past the hour. I have heard all six themes (transition cuts), but they rely heavily on Tranistions 4 and 5.
December 28, 2006 at 2:40 am #28170joejinglesYou are luckier than I; I only heard two cuts and not that often. Happy Inow know what package that was.
With Christmas over, do they still play holiday jingles? And what will LTW do after the new year?
jrcDecember 28, 2006 at 7:37 am #28171jkubiakKQQL – Kool 108 Minneapolis aired them as well. They debuted a new Oldies/Classic Hits format on 12-26-06 with BOB-FM resings. KQQL has had several custom packages done by TM Century over the years. It is a nice change for the station, and it is very good to hear ReelWorld jingles on the air again in Minneapolis.

jrcThey are not using any jingles at all right now, and I don't know whether or not they will use any at all in the near future. You should have heard Lite-fm on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! About 5-6 cuts per hour from the REELHoliday package including transitions and ramps.
