Which stations are using Reelworld jingles in the UK? Can we come up with a definitive list.

Here’s what I’ve come up with so far:

Capital Life (National) – WSNI 2004
CFM (Carlisle) – Kiss 107
Clyde 1 (Glasgow) – Kiss 2004
Hallam FM (South Yorkshire) – Hallam FM
Key 103 (Manchester) – Key 103 2006
Kiss 100 (London) – Kiss 2003
Passion 107.9 (Oxford) – Kiss 2004

There must be loads more that I haven’t thought of.

96.9 Viking FM (Hull) are still using some cuts from their 2004 custom package.

96.3 Radio Aire (Leeds) have only very recently stopped airing Reelworld after 5 years with their Kiss 100 and Kiss Boston 1998 packages – in favour of Wise Buddah.

The Kiss 107 jingles sound pretty hot on CFM. They seem to work on AC stations as well with B101 in Philadelphia (now streaming) running them, but wasn’t the Kiss 107 package written for RTL FM? If it’s the Berlin station then the package was designed for Hot AC, which is pretty close to CFM’s format.

Are Rock FM still running their WKTU 2001 package? They must be ready for something new by now.

They use a resing of Kiss 108 FM’s 2000 package.

It seems that Central England has no Reelworld at all. It’s mostly Steve England, Bespoke, Music 4, Groove Addicts and IQ Beats….mind you it wont be long before Reelworld come a knocking!
