Try “If anyone has any Radio 2 jingles they wouldn’t mind sharing, please could you get in touch”.

Of course, the key word here is “sharing”, which is much better than simply “getting”.

Polite requests are fine, but “Well let me know where I can get some” is, to be honest, rubbish, and quite frankly you don’t deserve an instant jingle collection if you’re not even prepared to ask nicely.

I suggest you learn the words ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ before paying us another visit.

What are you willing to contribute to the forum? Have you montages to upload or light hearted comments on jingles past and present, or are you going to be a one-hit poster who comes on, asks for stuff and is never heard of again ???
