Selling a jingle to business’ in the UK

      I’m part of a small jingle company in the U.S. and we’ve recently completed a jingle for a company that is franchised worldwide, with quite a few being in the U.K. I know absolutely nothing about radio over there Are there commercial stations as well as the BBC? Do people buy airtime for ads on the BBC? Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks!
