      Hi folks,

just saw that Wise Buddah has put a demo online (www.wisebuddah.com) of their cuts for the CapitalFM breakfast show with Johnny Vaughan. Quite impressive, to say the least…

I actually thought those Johnny Vaughan Demo jingles were really crap and anyone who says different is deaf but I suppose everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and in my home the whole family are into jingles and they quite agree with me. I had been wanting to hear those for a while and I was very disappointed with the result, so Johnny I have to give you the thumbs down on those jingles sorry

In what way do you consider them to be bad?

I think the first cut is good but after that they’re awful!

and the way he comes out of them just kills them – the one about his grandmothers apple pie his first words out of playing that the first day were:-

“I’d love some of my grandmother’s apple pie but shes dead.”

Thank god for Danny Baker and Nick Ferrari

In my many years listening to the radio I have found that most custom jingles produced for presenters reflect their style and talent.

                Enough said?!?!?
