Yes. I do! 1985 on cassette and various cuts from one of the later packages (1988 i think) on reel which were dubbed from the carts.

Hi Mark (or anyone that may know) just out of interest, were the early GWR Radio packages by David Arnold by any chance?

I remember hearing some real catchy GWR cuts/themes when on holiday in Weston a couple of times in the mid/late 80s – never been fully sure who produced them.

        Cheers,
        Martin

David Arnold did produce some GWR stuff around that time – in particular the GWR Radio Bath stuff.

Thanks Nicky. Not sure if it was the Bath or Bristol service in Weston to be honest.

Looking forward to listening to your mix CD from Friday night. Just working my way through them at the moment!

            Cheers,

Yes, all of the WR/GWR was David Arnold. Infact some of the tracks made it onto Carlin Production CD’s – One which springs to mind is the instrumental of the “in the air GWR , in your town and your street…..” from the 85 set.
