I’ve uploaded some of their first package ‘Sunshine Sound’ from EMIson/YAMCO. Lots of gunshots and acapellas – all beautifully arranged and sung. This includes the long, main station theme which was apparently written by the jazz musician Ray Davies.

There’s also just over 7 minutes of an abridged recording of their excellent test transmissions which includes Bill Mitchell voiceovers.

Then there’s a download of the long cuts from their second package ‘You’ from TM (brilliantly resung in the UK). Prepare for a jingle orgasm! I don’t have the short cuts from this package.

Anyone who was around to hear the early years of this station will know that it had amazing imaging with regular TV campaigns featuring the jingles.

Unfortunately, all the files you have uploaded to JingleMad regarding the above were 0 Kilobytes in size. Consequently I have deleted them.

I don’t know what you are doing wrong because I have tried uploading something myself and everything seems OK.

Possibly as someone has previously said, maybe they’re uploading shortcuts to the files? Can you please re-upload them enerjee we all want to hear them please.
