HELP ME QUICKTIME!

      My Quicktime player stutters when I play back audio.

      I’ve never had a problem before.

      I’ve tried altering the settings to show the correct connection speed and re-installed the programme but it still plays back jumpy.

      Any ideas?

        I have the same stuttering problem with particularly quicktime video. I get 1’30 ish of good playback followed by 1’30 ish of stuttering to the point of freeze frame !

        It seems the P4 processor is busy doing something else and shows 100% activity.

        Could it be anything to do with Microsoft’s helpfully downloaded latest service pack for XP pro ?
