October 24, 2004 at 3:49 pm #14068BarrasTopcat,
enjoying the jingles you`re posting……..especially the WNOX Knoxville jingles which you`ve just posted, some great harmonies sung on those cuts. The bass singer sounds as deep and low as Jim Clancy.

October 24, 2004 at 5:05 pm #14069TServo2049I will say it now. I…love…Futursonic.
But what is with using “1-9-6-0” as the frequency for one of those KMGM cuts on the “Swingin’ Sound” demo? I hear “one-nine-six-oh” on several Futursonic jingles dating from 1960, so is it just proclaiming that this is radio for 1960?

To me, the vocals sound very TM’ish… which they should (considering who was singing at TM). The stuff is superb.

November 10, 2004 at 1:39 pm #14267UKJinglesMemberWell..I Love ’em ALL Tracy
The only problem I have is listening to Real AUDIO files in any decent quality….
Tried converting them (But as they are RAM Files unable to)
I used to use Real Audio Back in the distant past if I remember rightly RAM files are just Links to the Real Audio File???November 10, 2004 at 2:28 pm #14268TServo2049I’m not brain dead. Most of the people here probably haven’t heard of the stuff you have up on the site, but I really really like ’em.
…except the Quality stuff. I don’t think it’s for KTOI, but KTOR…but I’ve never heard of a KTOR Chicago either (not even possible, Chicago is in W territory…)

No when you try to “Save Target As” it only saves a 1KB RAM File not the Real Audio file itself! 😥

This streams the RAM file and saves it at the same time!!
