Maybe impossible?
January 14, 2022 at 5:07 am #107012logodaveMemberAuthorGood luck on getting a response.
January 14, 2022 at 6:01 am #107016WAVAMemberPersonal cuts are on hold.
January 14, 2022 at 7:47 am #107017TimSMemberYou could try TM instead. Especially this month now they’ve opened their personal cuts system iJingles for a limited time. They do react very quickly and their work is amazing.
January 14, 2022 at 8:31 am #107018gameswizardMemberJAM may simply be busy. The Personal Cuts page says “it may take a few days to receive a response.”

This is the response to a request early in January
Thanks for your interest in JAM jingles.
The Personal Cuts service is not available at this time. We are not accepting any new production orders, due to previous commitments, other scheduling constraints and Covid concerns. When this situation changes, which will probably be in several months, we’ll let you know in case we can still help you at that time.
January 14, 2022 at 1:57 pm #107020logodaveMemberAuthorOff topic but, Circa 1997-98: “Another Perfect Day” for me is when I walked into JAM studio B control and see (left to right) Jim Clancy, Dan Alexander, Chris Kershaw, Greg Clancy, Judy Parma, Abby Holmes and Kay Sharpe. The best group at the time. Singing for KCPX. The package was Priority One. Full pak, all sings 7 voice and including the sonovox. It’s amazing that it sounded identical to the demo. Hamilton and Wolfert nailed it.
January 14, 2022 at 5:21 pm #107024logodaveMemberAuthorObviously, JAM is on hold.

It’s better to give JAM some space, since they have a lot of things to catch on.
Hopefully, when things are becoming better, JAM will reopen its doors for new personal cut orders.January 14, 2022 at 6:11 pm #107032mbMemberI hope as noted there is availability later in the year. JAM’s work is awalys first class and I love my exisiting cuts.
January 17, 2022 at 3:45 am #107045MorganOCTLMemberIf you aren’t SiriusXM or WABC, good luck. Try TM. They have great inventory – lots of functional availability and great customer service…and their prices are beyond fair. I also recommend Linden Wade’s fun SonoJingles.
January 17, 2022 at 8:39 am #107047UKJinglesMemberOMG… ?
Has Jon gone into semi-retirement?
Has anybody asked him (via Rewound) why? ?January 17, 2022 at 11:01 pm #107050JAM / PAMSMemberMorganOCTL;c-76519 wrote:Try TM. I don’t know what’s so hard to understand about our stated reply (quoted by mb above):
“We are not accepting any new production orders, due to previous commitments, other scheduling constraints and Covid concerns.”
It’s not code. It means what it says.January 18, 2022 at 1:58 am #107051ApolloBasically, it sounds like JAM is closed, (at least for personal cuts for the time being), so there’s nowhere to get JAM or PAMS, so it sounds like you have to go somewhere else if you want a personal cut.

It’s not that hard to read, peeps. Not everything is a conspiracy theory LOL.
