      Looking for the jingle from 66 WNBC that aired in the mid-to-late 1980s. I heard it in the background during the beginning of the WNBC 60th Anniversary Special in 1988.

        Any audio clip (any quality would do) of that would be a big help please :^)

        Lots of collectors on here have lots of WNBC material from the era, so I’m sure the particular one can
        be tracked down in some form.

        { CKY …..”in Winnipeg, Radio Fifty-Eight” ??? }

            “I think it was a Wednesday…..”

            Ohhh dearrr… :^)
            ,,,anyway, it appears to have been 1986 not 88 when I searched for the topic, and there’s various bits on TooYube.

            Perhaps cky will indeed clip out the bit they mean for us to check it out?

              I’m looking for the cut where they sing “Seventy – seven, Double You Aaaaa Beeee Ceeee” sounding like “I’ll take Manhattan” in the singing.

              All kidding aside, without an audio example it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack.

                TC, I searched for said program audio online, and there appears to be plenty of it on TooYube.
                I’m sure cky can find what I found and extract the bit he’s after?

                  An audio sample always helps–it doesn’t “guarantee” results, but sure improves your chances…
