I am looking for any jingles from any format or time from Quality Jingle Company of Fort Worth, Tx. They were popular in the late 1950’s through 60’s and the cheapest jingles ever! They ran on many small stations all over the country, including KWMT, (I have the demo pack with only 4 jingles in it but would love the rest of that package) WIRL, (I have some of it not good quality) KOBY, (I have the news jingle) and WKXY, Sarasota (I have two customs) and they were all basic cuts with a female singer singing the call letters in the donuts to fill in. This was before multi-tracking so She really was remarkable at it. I have some cuts but am always looking for more. Has anyone ever heard of these or do you know where I can find them?
Thanks,Tim

what a company. 25 cuts for 15 bucks! compare that to jam rates! haha,
these were not limited to small markets. a 5kw full timer I was with ran them.
they were cookie cutter indeed, BUT for the times and formats, they were as good as everything else on the market. they were as good as CRC. and as good as early pams too.send me a message off line and ill see what I can get to you

I don’t know who She was, but She had a remarkable voice! WKXY in Sarasota, Fl. ran that package in the late 50’s and early 60’s but She sang double tracks on allot of them which was amazing because it was before multi-tracking so it must have been very hard to do for Her. And she seems to customize each one for every different station She does. In the sound cloud demo, she sings single tracks on allot of them but she double and triple tracks on the same jingles in some of the different packages I have. What a remarkable buy! Does anyone know the lead vocalist’s name?
Glad to know that there are other people who remember. That company deserves far more credit than they have been given so I am glad that I can keep their legacy alive.
If you find any more, please let me know. Thanks again!

September 23, 2019 at 6:57 pm #104153radiotimThanks for the suggestion, but I already did. That’s how I found out the name of the company in the first place. He talked about them on his 10-07-2018 show and that’s how I found the sampler pack for KWMT. Apparently that was a different package from the one you found the other day, and I would love to find that entire package as well. I can’t believe I have been searching for those jingles for over 50 years with limited success, only finding bits and pieces, and you guys found them for me in a couple of days! GREAT JOB!! Thanks!
Tim
