            I remember when I first heard of this years ago, my initial thought was “wait, WABC had its own versions of Do It Again?”. Then I realized it was a UK station.

                Wasn’t Beacon Radio going to be called WABC? The IBA said no as it would confuse listeners considering BRMB was nearby…..

                  You are correct Ian. Tomorrow would have been the 43rd anniversary of the original launch of Beacon Radio 303 with my ex colleague Mike Baker as the very first DJ!

                    He does mostly American jingles.
                    But I’m glad to hear any of the jingles plays. I dont care where they come from.
