PS – I suspect he wasn’t the first to “buy” (aye, sure) “jingles from a station in New York”
There was a mobile disco (remember them?) in Scotland away back who also “pinched” PAMS
(Series 27) WABC and called themselves after it – no doubt “the buuurds” were impressed by him
having his own “sung jingles”…………..
