In Europe some stations choose the great 66 WNBC packages from JAM to be syndicated by Top Format. I remember Radio Bayern 3 (Bavaria, Germany) and BBC Radio York.
In The Netherlands AC (later Gold) outlet Radio 10 was the first to use the famous NBC logo:

What other European/US stations used these JAM packages? Thanks for sharing!
July 5, 2017 at 9:10 pm #101772IainJohnstonIn the UK, one-time County Sound’s Premier Radio In Guildford had them – there’s an excellent 2-CD set
of them (or WAV dubs…) as released by the station in many collections!July 5, 2017 at 9:21 pm #101774LenGroatLOVE that ‘Only One’ package!
As well as getting the ACE cut from it we magiced together the end as the front, mixed sono + vocal (very subtle) + had the voice-over pad with vocal end.

July 6, 2017 at 2:54 am #101780mjb1124MemberWIRL Peoria had The Only One resung too. At one point there was a WIRL tribute site that featured that entire package (among others), but it’s offline. The current incarnation of WIRL still uses the TOH cut, and you can here it at 0:40 here.
July 6, 2017 at 8:20 am #101782MarcMannetjeReally great guys, thanks.
Interesting to hear the WOWO logo put in the NBC cuts. And Len great ramp!
I hardly ever see any German jingle friends posting here. Does anyone have the Radio Bayern 3 package?
July 6, 2017 at 12:21 pm #101783IainJohnston“German jingle friends”
I wish we could also link up with some French and Italian collectors!
There MUST be some “out there” … and a HUGE un-tapped amount of material “In-the-clear” … surely ??? :^)In the meantime, Premier Radio from one of my past montages…
https://soundcloud.com/allthebestjingles/wixy1360-altmixes-premierradio-jam-10feb2013Question for the Experts:- JAM tracks, JAM vocals, yes?
But WHO did the “633 Squadron” style instrumental (at the end of the montage)?
JAM or Alfa/Steve? (no offence intended, but it sound “too good” instrumentally/writing/musicianship
to be non-Dallas?July 6, 2017 at 1:04 pm #101785MarkSMemberHere’s a couple for Radio Alfa

July 6, 2017 at 6:07 pm #101789PKMemberBBC Radio WM has this package used on air for years with duplicates the evening networked shows as either BBC Midlands Radio or BBC in the Midlands. Trent had their versions on air at the same time which meant at night you could hear resings of the same jingles on both BBC stations in the East Midlands and on Trent!

Wasn’t there, or didn’t there used to be, a rule that neighbouring stations couldn’t air the same jingles/package?
July 6, 2017 at 7:30 pm #101791PKMemberMaybe but they did.
July 6, 2017 at 7:48 pm #101792IainJohnstonNeighbouring stations rule.
I think that was/is more a traditional contractual/licensing thing, i.e. “unique to one client per market” in the USA etc.
But with the UK being much smaller, lower power TXs, and “regional” coverage that was never a part of the US setup then
it fell apart a bit. Also having ILR stations “based” in different but nearby seemingly separate towns didn’t help – example
in Scotland being Q96 in Paisley having some cuts used by Clyde One in Glasgow, supposedly separate transmission/licence
areas (not “markets” as such) but in reality primary TSA overlapping.Anyway, think how many versions of virtually the same JAM Q-cuts/SunsetBoulevard/etc composite Steve England successfully
had running on ILRs the length of Engerlund at virtually all the same time?[PS – Glen – if you want a dub of some of the Premier Radio version cuts, please PM me.]
July 6, 2017 at 11:53 pm #101795LenGroatHi Iain
A partial answer to your ‘633 Squadron’ question:
Les Reed wrote the original song – I don’t know if the track was played in UK or US, but suspect UK – there were various versions/ tempos of it:

July 7, 2017 at 12:01 pm #101797pvankleiMemberThe Only One is one of my favorite JAM packages.
I also like the adaptions JAM did with different logos on the weather pad.
In this example you can hear the weather pad with original WNBC logo, the VOA Europe logo and the WVJS logo.
July 7, 2017 at 8:45 pm #101799glenWhat production company produced the County Sound song?

Love the bass guy on these jingles! Who is he? Very reminiscent of Jim Clancy.
July 8, 2017 at 10:06 am #101804pvankleiMemberThis is also a nice resing for WVJS Owensboro KY
July 8, 2017 at 10:08 am #101805MarcMannetjeMe too Davey.
The bass guy is Pim Roos, in this video at 4’00 you’ll see him at the left.

He did most packages at Top Format and the syndicators of TM (Music & Images) in the 80s and 90s…
July 8, 2017 at 10:16 am #101806pvankleiMemberAnd here are some cuts for County Sound.

I think JAM WNBC packages sound great on Classic Hits stations…
July 8, 2017 at 12:06 pm #101808pvankleiMemberAnd here are some cuts from The Only One resung as Radio 10 FM.
These cuts where sung in Dallas by JAM for special events from NewYork in 2000 and the Olympic games in Salt Lake City in 2002.
