Well from Alfasound I’d be incestuous and pick ‘Trent 8’ – when we reached a high of superb Alan Fawkes tracks, tight musicians, and Steve imported (and mixed) 3 Dallas singers in with Alfa regulars Steve and Sheila for us.
We used THE Jackie Dickson on lead and broke all the rules mixing her way above the other singers…. here she is in a 4 or 5 layered vocal from Trent 6 (I think!)

From PAMS I’d have to go for Series 28 ‘Happiness Is’ – THE favourite of Neil (Dave Dennis on Big L / Radio Trent PC from ’77 to ’78) Spence who had them at UBN, and I ordered them as a main part of the first GEM package in 1988, AND recently had a re-sing done for our Stephen Wells!
