I missed my chance to record this morning’s show on WCBS-FM, they were having a reunion of the original z100 morning zoo, and I missed! Anybody else recorded?

you’re a lifesaver! seems that the reunion was hot! is this the only US update, or is there more to come. I’ve got more in my inventory to contribute!

            Talk about nostalgia :)
Great to hear The Zoo Crew together on the air again. (Ross seemed very quiet in that air check). I spent 3 months in NY in ’89 and it just seemed like Z100 owned the city – it was on the air everywhere and dominated the billboards and buses.
            Thanks for posting it Neal.

(In case you missed it, here’s The Z100 Jingle Montage https://soundcloud.com/7voice/sean-martin-z100-jingle-montage-by-dave-foxx )

Kudos to aircheckdownloads.com for making this aircheck available. I was listening in the office but I didn’t have the means to record it off-air. Also, thanks to iJingles for posting the montage, too.

Great to hear this (though it has none of the pzazz and spontaneity of the team as they were) and fascinating to hear what they’ve done with the jingles. Thanks for capturing it.

Ahh those great Z100 JAM jingles! Thanks for posting those Sean and all of those versions of Warp Factor Cut 14 lol! ;-)

And Scott Shannon still rules the Breakfast Show and Mornings in New York City!

According to the official audience ratings figures over there, New York has a population of around 8.5 million people, and apparently an average of around 4.2 million of them still tuned in and listening to Scott every morning on 101.1 WCBS FM!!! That’s some achievement in today’s radio world!
