                  It was a great weekend of radio and a credit to Andy Walters and WCR for putting it all together. Brilliant hearing the voices from all the differing eras of Beacon and even Free Radio, plus a tribute to The Wolf as well. Highlights for me were definitely Myatt & Perry, KKJ, Mick Wright, Gordon Astley (using his WM JAM accapella! ;) ), Fresh & Jo and Dick Fisher. It was also nice that those who are no longer with us such as Mike Baker, Pat Foley, Rory Morrison and Peter Craig also receiving acknowledgement.

                  Talking about montages…here is the Beacon montage I compiled after the rebrand…
