As you are a ‘JingleMadder’ we guess you know the French and Spanish cuts from the 1965 PAMS Series 30 ‘N’ Set? But how many times have you heard the German cut re-sung?
With Jon Wolfert’s incredible DEEP Sono + the ‘new JAM Pussycats’ (thanks Annagrey, Kay, et al), we think ‘it hits the spot’ as first cut in our new 2016 package – MeooooW!

The rest is wall-to-wall JAM – stand-by!
January 4, 2016 at 11:08 pm #99296radiocitybillMemberAwesome!
January 5, 2016 at 5:30 am #99297ratnobMemberNow’s there’s a resing I never expected – hilarious and great fun.
January 5, 2016 at 11:30 pm #99300tyty212 words! das good!
January 7, 2016 at 11:09 pm #99306LenGroatThanks for the comments – I’m delighted with it – and being a series of different ‘voices’, it edits into several shorter cuts that all sound ‘whole’ !
Back to JAM – and as regulars here know several of our dj’s now buy their own cuts – that’s how addictive ‘radio’ is. Stephen Wells launches his new cuts next Monday but here’s a sneak preview for Jinglemadders of a stunning re-sing from the KVIL/ Celebrate package…
January 10, 2016 at 8:14 am #99312SpoonsProbably my favourite cut from Celebrate. Love it.
January 20, 2016 at 5:58 pm #99329LenGroatThanks for the comment Spoons
As it’s gone a little quiet on here….. let’s liven things up with something fast and furious, and a vocal swell !
But is it a Z100 cut you’ve forgotten, a lost WBLI cut? No?
So where is it from !?
January 21, 2016 at 7:45 am #99330DuncanNewmarchMemberI can’t remember where I’ve heard that before but I love it. Like so many JAM cuts, change the lyrics and you hear something completely new. Wonderful
January 21, 2016 at 8:31 am #99331DuncanNewmarchMemberI can’t think of the package but I keep hearing “no talk triple play!”
January 21, 2016 at 8:39 am #99332DuncanNewmarchMemberAha! Air Breaks #3
January 21, 2016 at 10:13 am #99333RobinBlamiresYes a certain David Lloyd purchased cut 1 from that set, at Lincs FM some two decades ago.
January 21, 2016 at 10:42 am #99334DuncanNewmarchMemberI used it a lot. 20 years!?

This is a Great Cut with lots of energy
and one of the few Jingles that ends with a slogan not call letters or station Name
Good Choice
January 21, 2016 at 8:04 pm #99336tyty21as one song said, he’s gone country! nice choice there budy! Never expected that!
January 21, 2016 at 10:23 pm #99337LenGroatDuncan – well spotted!
I never registered the 5 KYGO packages back in the 1990s but I’ve now gone through every demo on JAM’s site and quite a lot of the ‘country’ cuts just sound like great pop radio jingles to me – once you change the lyrics. Some of the slower solo cuts are just beautifully arranged and sung – cut 11 from New Tradition turned out superbly last year… amazing solo by the original singer Cheryl..

…..and we’ve just ordered another!
Robin: I never knew David had cut 1 at Lincs- and yes it sounds like a possibility as well – a great cut.
Martyn: I’ve always had at least 5 different slogans on all my packages – the kind of people who enjoy ‘radio like it used to be’, and ‘love the oldies’ don’t need to be treated like idiots with just one slogan – radio needs to be FUN. And I’ve always tried to have many cuts open with the station name as it’s the FIRST thing you hear !
January 22, 2016 at 10:57 pm #99338tyty21had to listen to that new tradition cut, and… excuse the use of our young lingo here, but a word we use now for things that are real good, just like that cut did by Cheryl, and that word is, yaaaaaaaaaaaas!!
January 23, 2016 at 1:10 pm #99339ratnobMemberDuncan – well spotted!
Amazing solo by the original singer Cheryl..
Superb.
February 1, 2016 at 10:05 pm #99392LenGroatAfter a very sad weekend for British radio time to share a classic JAM track, re-sung for us, that REALLY works in/out of music
No prizes for spotting the package / original station
I had this sung for Trent in 1991 – and the vocals now are IDENTICAL!
February 1, 2016 at 11:13 pm #99394mbMemberI always hear – Ten Thirty four Ninety Seven One Music Power __________
February 2, 2016 at 8:09 pm #99398SpoonsGreat cut Len – haha MB, I also hear exactly the same. I loved that MFM package.
February 18, 2016 at 2:02 pm #99497LenGroatJust a few more cuts to post from our first JAM package of 2016 – again no prizes for spotting which US station this was first made for…
…. or who had it in the UK !
https://soundcloud.com/len-groat/strum
The ‘hesitant’ pause before the punch line means it works superbly to go DOWN to a soft intro song
February 18, 2016 at 3:03 pm #99499RobinBlamiresIt was a UK custom. One turning 30 in two months.
February 19, 2016 at 8:40 pm #99505JAM / PAMSMemberno prizes for spotting which US station this was first made for…
It might be worth a prize, because it was first made for BBC Radio 2. (It is not from a Magic package).
February 20, 2016 at 11:50 am #99507GrahamCollinsYes this was the Radio 2 ‘Nightride’ opener that allowed any of the wonderful presenter acappellas to be dropped in at the end.
February 20, 2016 at 4:38 pm #99509GrahamCollinsI’ve now hoofed out a copy of the JAM log sheet, dated March 1986, and this cut is listed as BBC R2 custom cut #28. So now you know.
