      This is form an over the air recording about 11,000kkm away. Picked up their 7500 Watt signal beaming about 355 deg azimuth from Brazil at my listening post in alaska… while the signal is pretty good for what it is, its far from super clear.. but still good. And copies do exist online but I thought it was neat to hear it over the air.

      Its commonly called a prefixo but the official legal term is indicativo de frequencia

      They sing the AM frequency (Onda media) then one of their SW freqiencioes (onda curtas) followed by another shortwave frequency (onda tropical)… then they signal the station name and the city/state its in.
