hi. i was wondering, what places in the states have the areas which are low on jingles? for starters, my state’s pritty low on jingles. LA itself is a pritty low area, at least 2 stations here use the jingles in full, KOST and KRTH. KIIS, they still do, they still use the first 2 rw packages, and haven’t put their rw1 service or the new package up on air yet! San Diego, can’t find jingles anywhere on that side, except KSON, and KYXY. verses when I was living in that area, you had at least 4 stations using jingles. riverside: only 1 station using jingles, and that’s KOLA. in northern Cal, the whole bay area’s got 2 stations, KOIT and KBAY. sacramento has KCCL and KYMX. KNCI dropped. Redding has about 3 or 4, and modsest has 2. it seems you’d have to be like near the oregon or vegas/arizona borders to find some hits.

San Francisco. I think KOIT may be the only station in the entire market that still has sung jingles.

KOSF (“The Bay’s 103.7”) uses a few sung jingles here and there – I think they’re TM or maybe Tony Griffin but I can’t place the package.
