After almost 25 years of JAM at our station, we are very excited about our new on air sound produced by Brandy in Brussels. We switched to these modern sounding AC cuts (originally produced for Belgium Radio 2) because the package is very punchy, flexible and musically very well produced.
This way we can hold on to our heritage audio logo (‘Radio Noord’ was sung on the melody of ‘100.3’ as produced for WNIC in Detroit).
From now on we also use our new slogan ‘Always on Noord/Altijd op Noord’ in our jingles – a pay off we already used on our TV outlet and in our marketing.
Here is a short demo of the cuts we are using starting today, 1st of july 2013…

July 1, 2013 at 8:06 pm #90573WAVAMemberI don’t know much about Brandy or your station but these are bright, modern, contemporary and very today.
Jam has been your provider for a long time and with the lack of new product coming out of Parkdale Drive it’s time for a change.July 1, 2013 at 11:53 pm #90584m_hodgeyMemberI enjoyed listening to those cuts Marc; they are both refreshing and uplifting. I take my proverbial hat off to Radio Nord and Brandy for a great sounding jingle package. Thanks for taking the time to share.
July 4, 2013 at 10:47 am #90631MarcMannetjeThe montage is offline now, because at http://www.brandyjingles.com there will be a demo shortly. Can’t wait? Here’s an overview of the packages we used since 1979:
July 4, 2013 at 7:18 pm #90637NickySMemberI’ve missed the montage so look forward to it on brandy’s site. I’ve been following their work for a few years now. They are one of the better European based firms and have probably taken over a bit from Top Format who a lot of stations used to use.
